Your Impact:

Lead the design of high-performance analog blocks (ADCs, PLLs, supply systems) for next-generation integrated sensors and smart actuators. Act as the Analog Lead, guiding design strategy and collaborating with international teams to bring new products from concept to mass production. Mentor a talented local team, fostering growth and tackling complex technical challenges through deep-knowledge simulation and rigorous analysis.

Your Expertise:

Master's in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 10+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design, with a proven track record in BCD technologies. Deep expertise in designing blocks like bandgaps, LDOs, amplifiers, and data converters. A passion for technical leadership and mentoring, coupled with proficiency in industry-standard EDA tools
