Analog Mixed Signal Verification Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities Perform Top level AMS and spice simulations. Review and understand SoC specifications and requirements. Support Chip architecture definition and verification. Support Analog / Digital Designers, Layout Engineers and Quality department to to create and verify Full chip reliability flow Participate in SoC Analog Integration activities (Design and Layout) Development of AMS simulation methodologies/flows. Development of behavioral models (SV-RN) for AMS/DV verification purposes Requirements: Master or Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Experience of digital/analog circuit design, transient, DC, AC simulation and Monte Carlo analysis basics Developing behavioral models for Mixed Signal Systems top-level modeling and mixed signal verification methodology Experience in IC mixed signals IC designs, verifications and tests. Basic understanding of circuits e.g voltage references, current references, LDOs, PLLs, Bandgap, OPAMP.
