Summary The Accountant is responsible for the full intercompany process, fixed assets, financial closing and reporting for Asia entity

Main Responsibilities:

1. Intercompany:

• 
  Perform intercompany billings and accounting based on defined list, procedure or when directed
• 
  Perform monthly intercompany confirmation with other entities.
• 
  Perform payment and reconciliation.

2. Fixed Asset Accounting:

• 
  Perform accounting for fixed assets movements and month end depreciation

3. General Ledger:

• 
  Prepare monthly journals based on a defined list or as directed to close the books at month end.
• 
  Prepare monthly accounts analysis of Balance Sheet items and ensure proper reclassification and balances is valid.
• 
  Perform month end closing tasks and reporting per defined timeline.

4. Projects/Ad hoc tasks:

• 
  Assist in projects assigned by manager.

Education & Experience

• 
  Accounting Degree or equivalent OR Diploma + at least 2-3 years of relevant experiences Other Qualifications \xe2\x80\x93 Professional Certification such as ACCA, CIMA or CPA would be an advantage
• 
  Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
• 
  Audit experience / commercial background / Share Service Centers (SSC)
• 
  Experience with ERP system such as SAP
• 
  Good Excel skills
• 
  Good analytical skills

•
