We are seeking a skilled Marketing Analyst to join our global marketing team in Penang, Malaysia. As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for testing and analyzing consumer response to our marketing assets, and providing insights that drive marketing direction and creative decision-making. Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing tests across various channels including digital, print, and social media. Analyze test results and provide insights on consumer behavior, preferences, and responses to marketing assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and engineering teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and assets and drive continuous improvement in performance. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into marketing performance and effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with best practices, and emerging analytics tools, and leverage this knowledge to improve marketing testing and analysis capabilities. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders and leadership and provide recommendations for future marketing initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree, or equivalent experience, in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, data, creative analysis, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive insights and decision-making. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Google Analytics. Experience with marketing testing and analysis, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experiment design. Understanding of marketing metrics such as relevance, effectiveness, and performance by customer segment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of projects.
