Job Description

The Sales Operations Analyst provides support on Distributors' reported inventory/POS data management to the Sales team. This role ensures effective data management and accurate reporting from distributors on key business metrics. In addition, the Sales Operations Analyst also undertakes root cause analysis and addresses issues identified with internal stakeholders and distributors.

• Validate and analyze data for patterns or trends to identify errors/issues to be addressed
• Ensure effective data management and accurate reporting on key business metrics to derive insightful analytics for the business
• Conduct root cause analysis and address with internal stakeholders and distributors issues identified
• Provide ad hoc analyses to understand distribution/sales rep performances and territory/market analysis
• Inventory/POS database management: collect, validate and maintain POS data; monitoring key metrics, measuring KPI and sales attainment
• Track and measure results of promotions and/or programs
• Provide systems support by becoming proficient at utilizing onsemi's internal tools for reporting and analytics
• Work with the Service Engagement team to undertake implementation of related B2B transactions for Point of Sales, Inventory and registration transaction per business needs
• Drive continuous improvement of customer name and address accuracy within ON Semi systems
• Other tasks and projects as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or relevant discipline
• 5 years of relevant experience
• High level of data analysis skills specifically in Excel using complex formulae, pivot, macros and charts
• Detail minded and goal oriented
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• High degree of organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Able work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced MNC environment
