To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Analyst, Client Technologies located in Prai, Penang.
What a typical day looks like:

• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments and well verse on mobile phone operating system such as IOS and Android.
• Knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers, scanners and etc.
• Knowledge of windows security patching and anti-virus programs.
• Excellent windows OS problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• To support daily technical support activities for desktop, laptop , network management and mobile phones.
• Manage the IT hardware inventory with focus on driving the overall budget.
• Ensure product is complete and attain customer's requirements along with functions properly.
• Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
• Additionally, the role configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically requires a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.
