IAM Senior AnalystDell Technologies drives businesses forward in a changing world. They are responsible for the planning and design of security technology architectures and focus on the implementation of technologies to protect Dell.Join us as an Analyst within our Security and Resiliency Organization (SRO) in Malaysia to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll achieveAs a IAM Analyst you will be primarily responsible for timely triage/analysis and resolution of SailPoint IdentityNow related access/identity security issues reported by our critical business teams such as Customer Services, HR etc. You will also be responsible to perform DevOps operations, application onboarding on our modern Identity security capabilities such as a SailPoint and other IAM Identity governance needs critical to Sarbanes Oxley/other compliance requirements.This role will enable significant opportunities to learn and participate in the implementation of modern Identity Governance capabilities, in partnership with Dell\xe2\x80\x99s Cybersecurity and IT teams.You will:

• Resolve Technical support issues/incidents related to SailPoint IdentityNow technology.
• Implement modern Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capabilities on SailPoint IdentityNow/other technologies to maintain/enhance our security and compliance posture by enabling various IGA automation capabilities.
• Participate in shift work arrangements in place to enable 24x7 access/identity security issue resolution coverage for Dell\xe2\x80\x99s global operations.
• Enable continuous monitoring of IAM services, critical for SOX/compliance requirements.

• Continuously acquire knowledge of modern IGA technologies and participate in the implementation of those.

• Experience in IAM/Identity Governance tools/technologies like SailPoint, Okta etc.
• Application development experience utilizing Java, Oracle, and SQL with strong foundational knowledge of Software Engineering and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Hands-on experience with any Identity Governance (IGA) tools will be a significant advantage.
• Excellent learning aptitude, with the ability to learn and become productive quickly in newer technologies.

Desirable Requirements

• Undergraduate engineering degree and/or any information security certifications.
• Prior experience in Software/applications Tech support is preferred.
• Agile Project methodology execution experience.
• Experience implementing IAM/automation solutions using DevOps lifecycle model, CI/CD pipeline, GitLab, Splunk, Automation Anywhere etc.
