Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic regulatory financial and statistical reports for submission to the Labuan Financial Services Authority.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reporting on JGAAP/USGAAP and internal managerial reports.
• Handle MFRS/IFRS audited financial statements.
• Manage tax administration and compliance matters.
• Provide advice on accounting standards and tax-related issues.
• Support both internal and external audit processes.

Requirements

• Applicants must have a recognized Degree in Accountancy or be ACCA qualified.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a bank or public accounting firm (external audit experience with Big 4 is an added advantage).
• Strong knowledge of Accounting and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be a proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
