About the Role Assist finance colleagues in handling various financial operations and reporting tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Preparing and analysing the financial and management reporting

Preparing and analysing the forecasting and budgeting reports

Maintain record and receipt of collections

Assist in billings matters

Execute payment to vendors and staff claims

Analyze the P&L on an overall company view

Monthly closing activities

Liasing with external parties - auditors, company secretary, tax agents, bankers, MDEC, IRB etc.

Compliance with accounting regulations, IFRS, Companies Act, tax laws, Group policies and etc.

Any other ad-hoc activities

Key Measuring Parameters:

Compliance with law, company and Group policies and procedures

Stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 management

Sound communication skills with various parties

Job Requirements:

Education Possess a relevant bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with an accredited university or a professional qualification (ACCA or CIMA or CPA or etc.)

Relevant Experience At least 1 year working experience in accounting and finance function especially in the area of financial or management reporting

Language/Skills: Strong accounting knowledge, practices, standards, law and regulations

Good management and interpersonal skills

Advanced computer skills on MS Office, SAP system and subsystems.

Personality: Must be able to multitask, willing to learn, possess positive attitude and well-organised
