• anage Credit and Debit handling for APAC region. E
• nsure timely, accurate and complete check in processing credit and debit notes. E
• nsure pricing process compliance to ensure accuracy in backlog and invoices. I
• nvestigate and resolve incomplete orders timely. P
• reparation of quarterly reporting activities for APAC region. C
• hecking on customer\'s backlog order, prices except for samples, incomplete orders, resolve wrong price and tax code. C
• reate pricing related Credit Note and Debit Note, Incentives, MS Stock return. S
• hip and Debit (SnD) POP price check and create Credit Note and Debit Note if there\'s any error. A
• uto price update functionality- Upload of parts with price change to the pricing table (quarterly) D
• elta Price Update Exercise (Coordination/Backlog price change/Backlog check). C
• reate MS Stock Return RO, check and release Credit Note. M
• onthly report to check if there\'s any invoice with zero net value. P
• rovide the following report to controllers for provision purpose. P
• ending/potential Credit note, and Debit note request not released /not created in system yet. P
• ending RMA report

• usiness degree with 1 years of relevant job experience or itsequivalent. T
• eam player with the ability to work independently. G
• ood interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal & external. A
• ble to work under pressure and handle multi-task in fast paced and intellectually demanding environment. S
• killed user of Microsoft Office products, including advanced use of Excel. E
• xperienced with SAP CRM (Preferred).
