Job Description

• Accurate and timely invoices processing and submissions of payments to Accounts Payable Manager and authorized signatories for verifications and approvals
• Perform and ensure the posting of invoices is accurate and complies with accounting policies and local requirements
• Confirm the accuracy for all payments made to vendors/staffs/local authorities before submitting to Accounts Payable Manager
• Verify and ensure approval of invoice and expense is in line with company\xe2\x80\x99s Limit of Authority (LOA)
• Ensure authorization of payment is in accordance to the company\xe2\x80\x99s bank authorized signatories
• Preparation of analysis and support for internal and external audit requirements, liaising with the auditors and colleagues across the business/country as required
• Continuous improvement of processes and controls across Group and NTCs
• Maintain standard operation procedures and desk procedures and update as required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advice, guide and resolve issues raised
• Handles and provides guidance to team members in resolving issues/queries
• Support team members to be able to handle issues/queries independently
• Monitor & perform GRIR clearing monthly
• Reconcile monthly Statement of Accounts received from vendors/contractors
• Generate AP monthly aging report and perform analysis
• Provide cash flow forecast with relates to vendor, staff, intercompany to Treasury Team on monthly basis
• Support quarterly audit activities, audit samples collection, audit walkthrough and vendor balance confirmation letters are completed on time within audit schedule.
• Collaborate with Treasury Team, General Ledger Team and Fixed Asset Team for monthly closing activities
• Handle finance shared services ad-hoc project across Group and NTCs
