Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Finance Solutions Excellence Analyst to join our dedicated team. This position is perfect for candidates with a background in process improvement, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
You have technical expertise in low-code platforms such as UiPath, Knime, or Workato, and experience with SQL and Python. Experience with business process design is necessary.
You will play a crucial part in supporting daily process improvement projects, collaborating with Finance Shared Services Center, Global Process Owners, and Group Technology Services.
You will report directly to the Manager, Finance Solutions Excellence.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Implement and lead process improvement projects aimed at automating and optimizing finance operations, particularly within Finance SSC.
• Primary responsibilities include building and maintaining automated workflows using low-code platforms.
• Develop Python scripts and SQL queries for data wrangling, validation, and reporting purpose.
• Contribute to AI and analytics projects by developing prototypes or tools to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Has 2+ years of relevant experience in process improvement, automation, or technical roles.
• Strong technical foundation in:

• Low-code/automation tools: UiPath, Workato, KNIME (at least 1 required)
• SQL and relational database concepts
• Python or Google AppScript, including experience with Cursor and scripting for automation
• Experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is essential for deploying and scaling AI solutions
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or previous exposure to GenAI tools is advantageous.
• Experienced analyzing and improving business processes, with project management exposures and collaboration work across teams.
