Summary :

• Under limited supervision, manages and coordinates the support related to Finance Master Data to ensure problem resolution to all the finance users (local and foreign) of several financial systems such as JDE, Blackline, Blackline, among others.
• The position requires the learning and execution of GFAM key process, especially Finance Master Data maintenance and this person will also support Global and Regional projects and participate with IT Finance group in Corporate, during the different process of implementation, system upgrades and any main project oriented to enhance or improve the current Business Systems.
• Also, the position requires the execution and coordination of month-end close and year-end close activities and the creation and maintenance of core financial reports and financial reporting needs.

Main Responsibilities :

• Maintenance and Support for Chart of Accounts and Finance Master Data Maintenance. Responsible for taking care of COA requests, revision and resolution of issues, creations, updated, inactivation\xe2\x80\x99s and reporting related to Finance Master Data.
• Problem analysis and resolution that involves knowledge and expertise in several systems, applications and processes that are currently used by the company. The group of Global Finance Application Management gives business solutions that usually have finance and accounting perspective to meet the needs.
• Support all the finance users in different accounting areas such as Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Manufacturing and Inventory, Intercompany, Accounts Receivable; in order to provide a feasible system resolution related with: manage system error or warning messages, system issues, support audit request, , AAI and DMAAI\xe2\x80\x99s support, reports creation or modifications, GL Feeders and Interfaces issues, Job queue issues and supporting any critical process into JDE system or any other financial system derivate from system issues.
• Work and coordinate efforts with other teams like Help Desk (ARO), Corporate or Regional IT, Corporate or Regional Finance in order to provide business solutions or accomplish specific projects goals.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
• +3 yr. work experience in related fields
• English Advanced level B2+
• System knowledge in JD Edwards, MS Office: Excel expert
• Analytical and arithmetical ability
• Team work and excellent interpersonal relationships
• Work under pressure

• Capability to solve critical issues
• Capability to work with minimum supervision
• Understand manuals effortlessly
