Possess 0-3 years of working experience.Responsibilities:You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:Personnel Data Admin (PDA)
o Transactional backend processing performing data entry into SAP system for employeexe2x80x99s personal details.
o Data entry to be done when there are Employee Movements, e.g. new hires, transfers, terminations and etc.
Time & Attendance (T&A)
o Transactional backend processing of Employeexe2x80x99s leave and Overtime data.
o Involves working on excel sheets and data entry into SAP System.
Payroll Administration
o Running of payroll via SAP system.
o Reconciliation work from PDA, Time & Attendance teams to ensure that all the payroll reports incorporate the changes for the right monthly salary and remuneration.
Claims Administration
o Perform claims verification day-to-day transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a daily basis.
o Execute claims posting as per agreed schedule.

o Provide 1st Level support to our Business Group Employees contacting Averis HR.
o Helpdesk support is being executed via Email and Phone.
o Support starts from Monday to Fridays and itxe2x80x99s on shift work basis from 8AM to 5.30PM and 10.30AM to 8PM and also on alternate Saturdays; 8AM to 2PM.Requirements:To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
