Responsibilities:

• Perform daily SMILE input vouchers related to Loan Operations, Trade Finance, Derivatives, Deposit, Foreign Remittance, Money Market & Treasury transactions for Operation and Administration & Accounts Departments
• Execution & control of daily swap limits and related Treasury Transactions under SPHINX system.
• Collaborate with front office and front middle office to control and monitor the due date of loans, interest, commission and fee repayment.
• Preparation of daily and periodical reports in related to the Operation Department
• Control, monitor and filing of fundamental documents for loans and related banking transactions.
• Understand and follow strictly the Standard Procedures (Overseas) of the bank to protect the interest of the bank and avoid operational and Information Security Standards & Procedures (ISSP).

Requirements:

• Applicant must have a recognized Degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Information Technology or its equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution.
• Preferably with minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a bank would be an added advantage. Fresh graduates also can be considered.
• Good knowledge & experience in compliance and sanction matters related to all aspects of banking.
• Sound understanding of the operational workflows in structured trade finance, corporate and syndicated credit and loan processing, banking accounts servicing, and treasury products settlement will be added advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS applications ie Words, Excel
• Flexibility and could work well independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision.
• Basic problem-solving skills and good communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and be highly organized.
