Work / responsibilities regularly span multiple process teams, i.e., Record-to-Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Purchase to Pay (P2P) and Intercompany, Master Data Management (IC & MDM) and Project Management Office (PMO) within Center of Financial Services (CFS).The Analyst is responsible to provides finance and accounting services to internal business partners for Center of Financial Services (CFS). May assist with developing appropriate and effective policies, procedures and controls pertaining to various financial and accounting processes and procedures.This position is part of the Finance department and will be in CFS Office, Petaling Jaya Selangor Malaysia.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:This position is part of a pool of talent that will be rotated to the various process teams for a period of 3 to 6 months (or longer as and when needed) for the purposes of special projects, coverage for maternity, extended medical leave, process improvement, DBS events, etc.The associate can be placed/trained in any of our key processes or functions (i.e., P2P, O2C, R2R, Intercompany or PMO).Handle special/ad hoc projects as assigned.This role can apply to any other vacant positions that are posted internally if they are interested or they can continue to be part of the talent pool and continue to rotate.May be required to work hours that follow our stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 hours (i.e., APAC shift, EMEA shift or US shift) depending on assignment/projects.The essential requirements of the job include:Candidate to possess a Diploma/ Degree Holder (preferably finance/accounting/business)Equivalent 3 to 4 years\' work experience working in a Finance & Accounting environment in either of disciplines stated as above.Experience working with internal & external stakeholders is an advantage.Good knowledge of ERP system \xe2\x80\x93 Oracle and Microsoft Office.Able to converse verbally and written communication in both English & Mandarin.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Shared Service Finance & Accounting environment.Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
