• Work closely with the client\'s team to implement the system following coding practices, guidelines, and standards provided
• Study requirement and prepare documentation on functional specification & technical specification
• Conduct system analysis, design, implementation, testing, and support
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors

• University graduate or above in Computer Science or equivalent
• Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline with relevant experience
• 5+ years solid application development experience
• Experience with government projects is an advantage
• Proficiency in C# and/or Java is required
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and frameworks like React
• Good problem-solving skills, able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in writing, presentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Cantonese speaking is mandatory
