• Coordinate and follow up supply chain activities throughout APAC including supply planning, inventory procurement and planning and distribution.
• Co-leads S&OP activities and develops effective ordering and stocking strategies to meet customer expectations for product availability.
• Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency and recommend solutions to senior management.
• Measure supply chain performance and report to management.
• Coordinate with local team third party providers (3PLs, others).
• Deploys and drives standard management processes and drives standard work for the APAC supply chain organization.
• Manages appropriate KPIs and develops improvement plans (when required) to meet targets.
• Develops a high-performing staff and drives Operational Excellence to support business growth in APAC.
• Evaluating past performance data to forecast needs and planning scheduling.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field and minimum 3 years professional-level supply chain experience.
• Managerial experience and master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
• APICS or other forecasting certification preferred.

Technical Competence & Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Incoterms.
• Measure supply chain performance and report to management.
• Financial understanding (Net Present Value, product cost structure, Material, Labor , overhead costs).
• Microsoft suite (advanced Project, Excel).
• Risk analysis methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills, data analysis.
• Budget Management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and use of the problem solving tools.
• APICS certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in project management.
• Lean, six-sigma process thinking.
• General knowledge of Trade Compliance.
• Experience in manufacturing-related ERP Systems, Oracle R12 preferred.

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 3 years professional level supply chain experience.
• Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role.
• Experience in core supply chain functions, such as: global and domestic logistics; distribution center planning, forecasting and execution; production planning and control; inventory analysis and management; strategic sourcing and buying; import/export management.
• Data analysis and interpretation and know how to obtain actionable insights from the information.
