Key Responsibilities

Lead

end-to-end Anaplan solution design

, architecture, and delivery across business functions. Define model structure, data flows, and integration architecture aligned with best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into

Anaplan use cases

. Oversee

model building, performance tuning, and workspace governance

. Partner with IT and business teams to ensure

seamless data integration

from ERP, CRM, and other systems. Establish and enforce

Anaplan modeling standards

, documentation, and governance frameworks. Mentor and guide Anaplan Modelers and business users on model development and enhancements. Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation optimization. Stay current on

Anaplan platform updates and Connected Planning best practices

.

Requirements

5+ years

of hands-on experience with

Anaplan design, implementation, and model building

. Proven experience leading large-scale

Anaplan transformation or Connected Planning

projects. Strong knowledge of

model architecture, data hubs, ALM, and integrations

. Solid understanding of

finance, supply chain, or workforce planning processes

. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in

Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field

.

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

Anaplan Solution Architect Certification

(required).

Anaplan Master Anaplanner Certification

(preferred). Project management certifications (PMP/Agile) are a plus.
