Kotlin & MVVM skills are a must for candidates. \xe2\x80\xa2 3-6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in android app development \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with Kotlin and Java \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in MVVM,MVC design architecture. \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid background in software development, and design patterns \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with the Android SDK, java, NDK \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving and growing environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience publishing a high quality Android application to the Google Play Store \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with communication and messaging applications \xe2\x80\xa2 Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands on experience with Android studio & gradle build system \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with third-party libraries and APIs \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience writing multithreaded and networked app \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively seeks feedback and guidance to improve technical skills (e.g., through submitting work for code review) \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Retrofit,Volley,RxJava \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with continuous integration \xe2\x80\xa2 Expert understanding of networking, local data caching and multitasking. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web technologies to connect Android applications to backend services \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices such as Material design \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.
