KTI Talent Indicator is a cutting-edge talent discovery software platform powered by AI, providing companies with comprehensive talent mapping, evaluation, and reskilling services through innovative training programs.Position: Android DeveloperLocation: Bayan Lepas, Penang, MalaysiaKey Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, staff, coordinate, and periodically review development programs.
• Lead and take ownership of assigned tasks, fostering team collaboration across different sites.
• Coordinate and actively participate in scrum teams, driving development initiatives.
• Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred).
• 1-4 years of experience in Android application development.
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin for Android application development.
• Familiarity with mobile application development tools (e.g., GIT, JIRA), testing, Agile/Kanban processes, and configuration management.
• Strong project management and people management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
