The AP Analyst, T & E (Japanese Speaker) will support the accounting and finance department by managing travel and expense (T&E) processes efficiently. This role is based in Selangor and is ideal for someone with a background in FMCG and a keen eye for detail.

• Oversee and process travel and expense (T&E) claims in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure all expense reports are reviewed and approved accurately and on time.
• Resolve queries related to T&E processes and provide guidance to employees.
• Maintain accurate records of T&E transactions for auditing purposes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth P2P processes.
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries for management review.
• Support the implementation of process improvements within the P2P function.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company standards.

A successful AP Analyst, T & E (Japanese Speaker) should have:

• A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and Japanese (min JLPT N2) is required.
• Strong knowledge of P2P and T&E processes.
• Proficiency in SAP or Oracle is an added advantage.
• Candidate with one year of experience is preffered, fresh graduate is welcomed to apply
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
