An exciting AP & AR Senior Analyst/Team Lead (hybrid, multiple headcounts) job has just become available at one of the top marketing firms based in Petaling Jaya. Reporting to the Manager, you will be a part of the dynamic team.

About the AP & AR Senior Analyst/ Team Lead (hybrid, multiple headcounts) Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for financial reporting and group consolidation for local and oversea companies, overseeing a team of 16 headcounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all payable invoices and statements are consistently reconciled to a high standard and paid to contractual payment terms within the specific country industry deadlines
• Maintain regular communication with the applicable buying teams in order to ensure that all queries are resolved quickly and efficiently
• Accurately match invoices to the relevant bookings/insertions
• Provide consistent, accurate and timely analysis of Client billing in line with agreed billing cycles and or specific client billing timetables
• Regularly and thoroughly review and monitor statistic reports, unbilled, to ensure that all clients are billed to agreed contractual timelines and processes
• Ensure all client invoicing is dispatched directly to the client as soon as it is billed by the agreed process. Utilise either credit management software, e-mails and telephone to contact clients in order to ensure payment to terms
• Resolve all queries and or problems for clients, copy invoices, proof of delivery, credit notes, and liaise internally to progress any queries that are being handled in any other department or by the opco
• Participate in cash planning and forecasting, where requested. Provide accounts receivable (AR) systems support to management
• Be responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of client queries. Liaise with the billing team and/or Opco in order to resolve client disputes quickly and efficiently

To succeed in this AP & AR Senior Analyst/ Team Lead (hybrid, multiple headcounts) role, you will need to have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements:

• University graduate with a relevant degree
• High integrity, independent and analytical and communications skills together with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proactive, fast-learner, self-motivated, able to multitask and performance-driven
• Proficient in Excel, Words and PowerPoint and experience in ERP system is preferred
