AP Manager
Petaling Jaya
*Salary RM14,000 - RM18,000*

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business, Finance, Operations or a related field
• 10+ years in similar leadership position
• Experience in PTP & T&E
• Experience in a shared service environment is a must
• Demonstrated knowledge of front-end systems and transactional processes
• Knowledge of SAP, Ariba and Concur
• Strong work-ethic and are a self-starter with effective organizational skills with attention to detail who proactively seeks out new solutions
• Problem solving, decision making, and continuous process improvement skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Manage team members, ensuring that the team functions effectively and efficiently
• Serve as a main point of contact for all transactional process teams, including procure-to-pay, time & expense, order-to-cash processes
• Ensure continuous process improvement focused on standardization, quality improvements and cost minimization
• Initiate and review cost benefit analysis of activities to enhance process performance
• Act as key contact/subject matter resource to all internal and external groups which affect/are affected by the PTP process
• Manage inquiries approvals and escalations streamlined through automated workflow
• Serve as an escalation point for complex inquiries, issues with vendor onboarding, processing payments etc.
• Coach and supervise a team of analysts to optimize team effectiveness
• Ensure a high-quality level for the PTP process delivery
• Own master data for purchase order generation and invoice processing including payments
• Review key performance indications (KPIs) on a regular basis and take action if needed
• Ensure vendor invoices and master changes are accurately processed
• Manage timely completion of vendor setup transactions as well as approval and schedule of payments
