Job Description

The Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process within the organization. This includes accurately processing invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records.

• Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Payment Processing: Prepare and process payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and ACH payments, in a timely manner.
• Vendor Management: Maintain vendor accounts, address inquiries and discrepancies, and foster positive relationships with vendors.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable transactions, monitor account balances, and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
• Reporting: Generate reports related to accounts payable activities, providing insights and analysis as required.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to accounts payable processes.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the accounts payable function.
• Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, procurement, and department heads, to address issues and optimize processes.
• Other Duties: Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Min 2-5 years of experience of managing payments from SAP (F110).
• Expertise in managing payments for the China and Greater China region.
• Experience in analysing creditor ageing reports, prepare analysis, Cash forecasts and Cash flow reports
• Good knowledge of Tax and WHT related rules of China & G China region.
• Expertise in executing payments on multiple banking platform.
