• Collaborate with AP Manager/Supervisor and standardize AP process within BBS KL to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze AP Performance data and duplicate payment report to identify trends and areas for further improvement and perform root cause analysis.
• Prepare and present regular reports on KPI and AP performance to management.
• Drive organizational change and compliance into AP team and ensure processes and control are working successfully.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and regional AP teams to facilitate teamwork and support.
• Conduct regular meetings with regional AP teams to discuss progress, challenges, and updates on process improvement.
• In collaboration with AP teams to ensure Desktop Procedures (DTP) are updated as and when required.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for AP team on new processes and new ERP functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to AP teams during and after process changes.
• Gather feedback from business, GPO and AP teams to continuously improve processes and training programs.
• Ensure that AP processes are following internal control and SoX requirement by conducting routine self-assessment testing.
• Coordinate within AP team to gather documents for audit submission and ensure the dateline is met.
• Act as a backup for critical tasks on Target II activities.

Requirements :

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 5 years proven experience in finance
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable process
• Experience with ERP systems (JDE, Oracle, Coupa) is a plus point.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions.
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to create and present reports and proposals to management.
• Familiar with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Experience in accounting and financial systems and processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Internal controls and SoX experience
