ABOUT THE ROLE

The ability to self-organize and prioritize, handle multiple projects and initiatives at once, work to tight deadlines and earn the trust of stakeholders are critical to success in this role.

The ideal candidate will be the SAP Super User with Finance operations experience in supporting the SAP system, project management, excellent communication and training skills, experience gathering and interpreting data, and passionate for process improvement and finance technology.

SAP Key User Support

\xc2\xb7 Become and be recognized as subject matter expert of Finance policies, processes, procedures and tools.

\xc2\xb7 Deliver functional training as part of new hire.

\xc2\xb7 Be the definitive sources of knowledge to the finance shared service operation teams.

\xc2\xb7 Acting as SAP process specialist providing SAP technical support, process support and guidance to Manager, Team Leaders, process teams, proactive customer service, operational teams and deliver required support for Process.

\xc2\xb7 Leading training in area of expertise, sharing necessary information and knowledge, coaching and supporting other team members in achieving team goals.

\xc2\xb7 Participating or being consulted in different projects in the area of expertise.

\xc2\xb7 Support IT team in finance accounting and reporting systems implementation (e.g. SAP)

\xc2\xb7 Support in scenarios defining for all test (PT, UAT, Retro-fit), preparation and execution of all tests (test data, test scripts, expected results, defects logging and solution)

\xc2\xb7 Ensure alignment of finance accounting and reporting systems functionality with process requirements

\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with internal controls and legal and other local/business requirements

\xc2\xb7 Period end closing support, monitoring and escalating existing problems with finance accounting and reporting systems, solving problem if possible, cooperation with IT in case of bigger issues.

\xc2\xb7 Identifying improvement opportunities and problem solving.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and update DTP documents/Finance Process Diagram with new changes.

SAP Implementation

\xc2\xb7 Be the frontline for the operation team for the SAP implementation

\xc2\xb7 Administration and super-user of ERP system

\xc2\xb7 Advocate and drive adoption of ERP tools provide reporting an insights and work with front line managers to address adoption gaps.

\xc2\xb7 Communicate the updates on the EluxOne projects milestone

\xc2\xb7 Promote a culture of continuous Process improvement in SAP.

\xc2\xb7 Involve in the Key Users training, UAT and End User training

\xc2\xb7 Provide coaching to Finance Operation on the data migration activities and cleanup for the Mock Runs and productions.

\xc2\xb7 Participate and provide feedback in the process mapping for the SAP implementation.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor project progress and keep updates the operation team.

\xc2\xb7 Share project improvement gains and best practices with the broader community and organization

WHO YOU ARE

\xc2\xb7 8 years working experience with min 3 years related working experience in Finance Operation.

\xc2\xb7 SAP Experience is a must.

\xc2\xb7 Transition experience and/or ERP implementation is a must

\xc2\xb7 Experience in a Shared Services environment is an added advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.

\xc2\xb7 A team player, customer oriented with good communication skills (written and verbal).

\xc2\xb7 Able to perform in dynamic multi-cultural environment with an adaptive attitude.

\xc2\xb7 Strong adaptability skill and able to work efficiently under pressure with minimum supervision

\xc2\xb7 Relevant tertiary qualifications: Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration

\xc2\xb7 SAP Certification is an added advantage.
