Driven by You Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

• Partner the procurement lead to evaluate procurement projects, hedging and cost saving initiatives.
• Coordinate commodities forecast across the BU (inventory levels, global/local contracts, etc.)
• Partner with BU Logistics team to find opportunities to reduce cost to serve costs
• Partner with BU Procurement team to support financial analysis on non-direct materials
• Partner with BU Procurement lead to drive key productivity measures / workshops \xe2\x80\x93 DTV, logistics cost reduction, Alternate sourcing and DPO improvement
• Support Cash Flow council deployment, management and management for APAC
• Lead Transfer pricing / Quarter forecasting process for APAC
• Act as single point of contact between Global, FP&A, Costs and Procurement teams to ensure alignment on input costs and P&L impacts

Essential Requirements:

• CPA or MBA Finance preferably with FMCG and FP&A experience / business analysis / partnering experience
• 8 to 10 years of experience
• High expertise on spreadsheets / PowerPoint tools
• Strong analytical thinking and analytical skills
• Very high detail orientation
• Good collaboration and team working ability
• Good communication skills
• Prefer good skills on Anaplan, Tableau or ability to pick up quickly (this is a preference not a must have)
