Job Description

You will lead a strategic and hands-on role responsible for driving process excellence across the Asia Pacific region. You will lead process governance, design, and stewardship across any SAP S/4HANA stream (e.g., Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report), ensuring understanding of global templates and business transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
Be the regional process steward for SAP S/4HANA streams, ensuring adherence to global templates and governance standards.
Lead process mapping, blueprinting, and gap analysis across business functions.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to design scalable, efficient, and compliant business processes.
Lead regional projects and change programs related to SAP implementations, process redesigns, and business transformations.
Develop change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication.
Support enterprise growth strategies including business model shifts such as omni-channel integration and eCommerce enablement.
Be the process owner and advocate for best practices across business units.
Develop Superusers and process champions in SAP and analytics tools.
Qualifications
Formal qualifications in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of experience in business process management, SAP implementations, or digital transformation.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA (superuser or implementation lead) across one or more streams.
Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial operations in a multinational environment.
Experience supporting omni-channel strategies and eCommerce integration preferred.
Proficiency in analytics tools (PowerBI, SAC)
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
