The position holder will join the team here in Malaysia and act as a point of contact specifically for EITS purchase such as Hardware, software & cloud computing but will also assist with other categories of spend, such as marketing, professional services, HR, facilities and travel.Key Responsibilities

• Procurement: - Take a lead on managing complex negotiations - Manage RFXs, auctions and contracts including renewal \xe2\x80\x93 utilizing Ariba, Experian\xe2\x80\x99s e-sourcing tool.
• Business support: - Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and SLA\xe2\x80\x99s; - Understand business requirements, build supply chain and lead to meet or exceed expectations
• Provide market insight and ability to lead and drive right direction together with business and stakeholders
• Compliance: - Ensure Group and APAC procurement policies are adhered to. and drive compliance agenda with internal stakeholders and reduce risk exposure
• Procurement business analysis: - Work with internal Legal teams to understand the impacts of legislation or other changes in the environment;
• Develop and manage contract renewal and project pipelines
• APAC Procurement Role for EITS Purchase: - Set and create the regional category strategy for EITS across the APAC region, in association with the Global category lead
• Lead the category offering SME advice to internal stakeholders across the region
• Analyse current market trends and supplier base to leverage best value opportunities across the region - Work with internal stakeholders to identify and procure new EITS spend at best in market cost.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in procurement, at least 2 years focused on IT procurement, be familiar with the P2P process, market situation and quality system standards in Fintech and big data industry is preferred.
• Commercial Law \xe2\x80\x93 understanding of contractual law, including risks, negotiation and drafting experience.
• Strong communication skills and project management skills
• Work with integrity and respect company ethics - Entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do attitude
• Can act on own initiative and as part of a team
• Experience of Oracle ERP systems, Ariba, SharePoint, would be an advantage.
