This role will serve as the APAC Digital Procurement Transformation Analyst for the Digital Core+SAP S4 program. This role will partner closely with Global Procurement, GBS, APAC Planning and across the Digital Core+SAP S4 program team to build an effective global process blueprint and template for Source to Pay processes. This role will report to the COE Leader \xe2\x80\x93 APAC Procurement and work under the guidance of the Director, Global Digital Procurement Transformation. The successful candidate will possess the ability to evaluate the \xe2\x80\x9cas is\xe2\x80\x9d regional source to pay business processes and functional requirements and collaborate with the Global Digital Procurement Transformation team to determine the best path to move those processes toward the desired global standard. Scope includes, but is not limited to: defining global standard processes and fit-for-purpose digital solutions to drive strategic category management and negotiations gold standard, effective contract lifecycle management and compliance, spend efficiencies, reduction of sources of leakage and support of other typical business enterprise processes such as Design to Value, SBP, ABP, S&OP and operational planning through effective application of data, analytics and technology. Role Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Partner with the global team to define the \xe2\x80\x9cGolden\xe2\x80\x9d Source to Order, Supplier Integration and Procure to Pay processes.
  • Participate in Digital procurement transformation process design, blue printing workshops, solution confirmation, build, test, and deployment of the end to end Digital Procurement Solution.
  • Understand the impact of the process for the region and communicates the regional process needs to the global teams.
  • Partner across all functional areas of the project team to develop the best process and technological solutions and visibility for an effective Source to Pay process environment to enable the most effective spend and supplier reliability and resilience.
  • Drive procurement digitization and process improvements to simplify the buying process and make it easy for employees to get the goods and services they need to be productive while ensuring that processes deployed are aligned with the risk and controls framework in the Corporate Financial Instructions (CFIs) and conform to the Procurement Policy.
  • Collaborate with the business, GBS and Supply Chain functions to develop the suite of digital and operational planning processes from category strategies to payment of invoice.
  • Collaborate with the regional category, procurement operations, DTS teams.
  • Provide access to regional SMEs on as-needed basis to represent areas of knowledge for
  • sourcing, contracting, requisition processing, cataloging process and supplier integration.
  • Work with assigned change impact and ensure that all change impacts validated by BUEs are documented on the chance impact charter.
  • Champion the analytics and automation efforts on behalf of the regional business.
  • Responsible for the adoption of the Digital Procurement transformation in the region.
  • Foster, advocate, and encourage change management efforts in the business and actively participate in development of stakeholder communications.
  • Provide thought Leadership in the development of training documentation and training environment for APAC Procurement. Ensure timely delivery of training and validation of training completeness.
  • Accountable for hypercare and help desk escalation.
  • Ensure effective delivery of the overall Master Data solution.
  • Embrace simple, leaner, faster design philosophy with strong focus on business outcomes.
Customers: Including, but not limited to: Regional Procurement Director, Director Global Digital Procurement Transformation, Sr. Director Procurement COE, GBS Process Owners, Finance, APAC Planning and Logistics, APAC Manufacturing, DTS/ITS Leadership, Global Digital Supply Chain, Regional/BU Leadership, GSC Strategy & Transformation Leadership, and Digital Core + SAP S4 program team. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree & MBA (required). Preferred fields include Supply Chain Operations, Industrial Engineering or Business Management or related discipline and 8- 12 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing and/or Supply Chain.
  • Experience Leading IT projects or initiatives preferably in the Procurement, Supply Chain domain.
  • Ability to provide strategic technical Leadership and Analyst by influence in the creation of supply chain planning environment and broader enterprise system environment.
  • Ability to communicate and influence multi-disciplinary teams developing strong partnerships
  • across functions to drive the design, build, and deployment of state of the art rapid and responsive planning systems environment.
  • Functional knowledge in all aspects of Procurement and knowledgeable of the uses of automation/ML/AI to achieve streamlined solution with integration to enterprise environments such as SAP S4 and other critical digital core surround systems.
  • Functional knowledge including but not limited to the following functions: supply management, operations planning, new product introduction, transition management, quality control, inventory management, supply chain, warehouse, and distribution.
  • Track record of project delivery success that should include: System Implementation / Integration, cost savings, process improvement.
  • Knowledge of all Strategic sourcing/Source to Pay and ERP with broad expertise in various disciplines (system development, infrastructure) and new technologies.
  • Keen technical skills and demonstrable ability to assess needs, identify issues, recommend alternatives, and implement and Analyst change.
  • Demonstrated capability in making timely, difficult decisions to ensure critical business needs and timelines are met.
  • Experience in supplier management, Project Management, Waterfall and Agile
  • methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, demonstrated organizational and Leadership skills, examples of effective teamwork, a track record of consistently meeting deadlines and due dates.
  • Superb communication skills, written and verbal, with ability communicate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization.
  • Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, cultural awareness and professional maturity with executive presentation experience, comfortable interacting with senior executive Leadership,
  • Analyst, facilitate and manage change effectively.
  • Six-Sigma, Continuous Improvement, is preferred along with a proven track record of cost savings and continuous improvement accomplishments.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office programs including Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP experience preferred.
