Position Summary:
This role serves as the dedicated point of contact for all APAC compensation and benefits matters, focused on day-to-day delivery, process efficiency, and exceptional service to internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with our third-party broker to manage benefit offerings, support Employee Success Business Partners with their operational needs, and ensure smooth implementation of reward programmes across the region. This role requires someone ready to roll their sleeves up with a positive attitude, bringing strong execution skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication to deliver consistent, compliant, and commercially-sound reward operations across the diverse APAC markets.
