We are currently seeking a APAC Sales Manager - Sustainable Fuels, Chemicals and Circularity, to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur.About the JobAPAC Sales Manager for Sustainable Fuels, Chemical & Circularity is to drive sales growth and revenue in the region by leading, developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, they are responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company\'s market share.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides strategic leadership to expand and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives in the APAC region.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • As a trusted advisor, has continuous strategic conversations on customer needs and provides value-added insights.
  • Ensure delivery of all financial targets, including revenue, market share and net margin contribution.
  • Manages all aspects of the sales cycle, including development of the customer relationship. prospecting/identifying new opportunities and the implementation of the business plan.
  • Ensure communication regional sales, regional marketing, global marketing and supports the execution of opportunity plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant information to Senior VP, Sustainable Fuels, Chemicals & Circularity.
About YouWe\'d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or business.
  • Advanced experience in energy transition or related field. Knowledge in sustainable fuels, chemical, and circularity industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the APAC region.
  • Strong leadership skills with good experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organization to build organizational alignment and engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
