Company: MMC CorporateDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Systems Administration team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team\'s arrangement.APAC Windows Platform ManagerWe will count on you to:

• Provide technical leadership in your areas of expertise \xe2\x80\x93 managing a small team of Systems Admins in APAC

• Responsible to maintain an in-depth understanding of AWS and Azure public cloud technologies to ensure all appropriate options are considered to support business initiatives

• Work well across technical teams globally and be able to collaborate with senior team members to present new ideas

• Manage and maintain service performance through diagnosis, monitoring and troubleshooting

• Investigate root cause of system failures and propose corrective actions to prevent future occurrence

What you need to have:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer with min 10 years of experience in infrastructure support of Microsoft Server environments on physical, virtual and public cloud platforms

• Hands-on experience with large Azure or AWS public cloud environments, including core (compute, storage, networking) platform, PaaS and IAM offerings

• Hands on experience with common Windows server functions/agents/processes - such as anti-virus, patch management, vulnerability scanning, Microsoft failover clustering & Hyper-V

• Working experience with Active Directory and Identity & Access Management
