Job responsibilities Regional level - Pay Plan implementation, execution and governance - New Year Commissioned Employee Setup: employee profile, Billing acct quota/criteria, individual target, plan acknowledgment/RD option - Monthly Commissions closing process, payroll coordination, collection of excess payout - People movement, account reshuffle, billing tracking (CMF/CIM), record reconciliation - Performance review/result audit - Commissions payout review (quota performance with accelerators, high/low performers review etc.) for Country teams - Mid-year and End-of-Year appeal data preparation WW collaboration - Pay Plan execution outcome/feedback, pay plan design - Communication/TCM: sales incentive IB, pay plan training, new hire training, cross-team (within CSE operation) communication sync - Indicator/benchmark - Process/policy standardization and Governance - Commission system requirement and readiness (system validation, UAT, issue reporting/tracking)Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Finance, Data Science or a related field. MBA graduate is a plus. 5+ years\' experience working with business data, delivering business insights and reporting Strong presentation and communication skills Proven record of delivering insights that have driven business decisions and strategies. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills - negotiate win-win solutions within a complex stakeholder base Ability to work with cross functional teams and manage multiple business priorities Ability to work independently under pressure and to meet deadlines Direct or collaboration experience in IT systems or data analytic tools. Knowledge in SFDC and/or Power BI is a plus. A self-starter who is highly self-driven and results-oriented - a solid track record demonstrating initiative, creativity and openness to drive solutions forward or lead changes/corrective actions A continuous learner who embraces changes and comfortable working in a fast pace and challenging environment.
