1. Be a relentless, regional voice o f the partner, ensuring Intel delivers best in class products, programs, support and an end-to-end, simplified journey to help partners grow. 2. Support the continuous process improvement and delivery of Intel\'s Partner programs and enable Intel\'s revenue growth, while proving beneficial to partners. 3. Navigate and communicate effectively across a highly complex matrix of stakeholders to deliver value to Intel\'s Partners and the ecosystem. 4. Partner across the organization to set the Partner strategy and develop and execute a rigorous, integrated plan to achieve annual partner experience and business objectives within budget 5. Ensures consistent and efficient execution of partner enablement and engagement functions by working closely with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation of global standards, processes, and programs. 6. Ensure the regional partner field teams are fully enabled, focused both internally and externally to support partners and accountable for business outcomes. 7. Establish business processes to ensure execution to high standards, quickly adjust to partner feedback and respond rapidly to changing market and competitive dynamics. 8. Exemplifies Intel\'s core values and role models Intel\'s manager expectations. Qualifications Qualifications: A successful candidate must demonstrate: 1. Knowledge of Intel\'s overall partner ecosystem with deep expertise in software and services partner business models, needs and programs 2. Product, competitive and business acumen, including strategy, planning, complex problem-solving, financial ROI and decision-making 3. Collaboration across a highly matrixed organization. Proactive engagement of key stakeholders to garner support for initiatives 4. A bias for velocity, innovation and action to support partners, resolve issues and deliver results 5. A foundation of execution, including a structured approach, business process definition, metrics to measure progress and drive continuous improvement and top issue clarity and resolution 6. Good communication skills. Presentation skills required Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: 1) 5+ years of ecosystem experience with software and computing services or operation expertise 2) Experience working in a global matrix organization structure 3) Strong business, product, and partner acumen 4) Role model for Intel culture 5) Bachelor\'s degree required, MBA preferred Inside this Business Group Intel\'s Sales and Marketing (SMG) organization works with global customers and partners to solve critical business problems with Intel based technology solutions.
