• Proven fashion designing experience
• Communication skills (Must know Mandarin! \xe5\xbf\x85\xe9\xa1\xbb\xe8\xa6\x81\xe4\xbc\x9a\xe4\xb8\xad\xe6\x96\x87\xef\xbc\x81Mandarin, English)
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Merchandising experience is a plus
• Familiarity with design software and technologies
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Diploma /Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• Exceptional eye for design + detail - translating that efficiently and effectively to quality print and digital layouts

Tanggungjawab

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and design seasonal / festive collections
• Manage the design process from conception through to final styling, shooting theme and outcome
• Quality control on garment
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Generate report
• Source, analyze and select fabrics, trims, fastenings and embellishments
• Sample fitting
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
