About the Team The Monetization Integrity team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and ensuring advertiser quality on our platform. The team also provides efficient and high quality reviews to unlock good revenue and focus on brand safety and user/Advertister experience. Responsibilities 1. Act as the pivotal bridge between customers (both internal & external) and the Ads Integrity team to handle daily queries and questions; 2. Consolidate customer feedback, address their issues/ concerns and support them to achieve business success via our platform; 3. Execute both quantitative and qualitative analysis of data and trends to deliver insights on various dimensions such as policy, system, and process to drive optimization and continuously improve customer satisfaction; 4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to respond immediately to service-related requests. Qualifications Qualifications 1. English as a working language, and proficiency in Traditional Chinese to review content in the Traditional Chinese language; 2. Computer fluency and understanding of software and advanced internet functions; 3. MS Office skills; 4. Experience in customer service; strong willingness to support internal and external customers to address their concerns and help develop their business on our platform; 5. Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows with eye for detail; 6. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines.
