Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Application Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting our warehouse management system solutions for our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and logistics, collaborating with diverse teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive operational excellence.Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in IT, IT Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with a deep understanding of warehouse management processes.
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and master new software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with warehouse management systems
• Experience in software implementation or consulting role.
• Able to Speak In English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and customize our warehouse management system to meet their needs.
• Configure and implement the warehouse management system, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users, empowering them to leverage the system\'s full capabilities.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, offering insights and recommendations to optimize warehouse operations and enhance efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in warehouse management technology, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
