Key Responsibility

Provide operational support and maintenance for existing manufacturing application systems. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, working closely with end-users and technical teams. Participate in the system migration activities and testing. Collaborate with functional IT and business team to complete the integration testing activities. Develop scripts, reports, and tools to support system operations and migration tasks. Ensure proper documentation of system testing procedure and testing result. Perform internal testing to ensure the solution is working before release for user acceptance test.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 years of experience in IT systems support, software development, or system analysis. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Hands-on experience in scripting, database queries (SQL), and application troubleshooting. Proficiency in PL/SQL, Kornshell programming, 4GL programming language. Understanding of basic programming concepts like data structures (arrays, lists, trees), algorithms, scriptings, and object-oriented programming. Knowledge of databases MS SQL and Oracle. A good team player with good communication skills and able to work independently. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a global environment Good communication skills in English; ability to interface with global stakeholders.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
