Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Application Developer, you will be working within multi-disciplinary agile teams throughout the entire software engineering lifecycle, helping our clients to achieve their business outcomes.
Technical Specialists in this Job Role have expertise in translating IT requirements in the design, development, and assembly of components to create custom applications. Typical examples of the deliverables are functional and technical designs, models, components, code, unit tests, and documentation.

This role also involves advising clients on application development methodology and tools. They perform as experts on application development for existing or new applications.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Lead Technical Design of front-end application in accordance with the framework built by IBM team
• Lead the development of front-end application in accordance with the framework built by IBM team
• Lead the development of UI components or Integrate UI components built by other UI Developer (if applicable)
• Provide knowledge transfer to client team on the new developed feature

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of Mobile/Web Application development experience
• Must have hands on knowledge of complete Mobile Application Development Life cycle from design thinking, requirement analysis, estimation, technical architecture, coding, and testing

Good Understanding of Mobile Web frameworks like Ionic, Angular, Cordova and Capacitor (good to have) * Familiar with Azure Cloud and Mobile Application Deployment Process (both Android and iOS)

• Familiar with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimum direction
• Strong growth mindset, flexibility, and adaptability to change
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge in Scrum and/or Agile methodologies

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Able to work autonomously or integrated in a team
- Proactive in learning new software and technology
- Developed sense of responsibility, able to handle and guide customer solutions and code improvements
- Full stack development skills with more focus on backend
- Knowledge in Azure DevOps is a plus
- Knowledge in Microservices is a plus
