Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Application Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications that support our business needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and contribute to continuous improvement in our software development processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain web and desktop applications.

Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.

Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.

Contribute to system design and architecture discussions.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements where relevant.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, VB6, VB.NET preferred).

Hands-on experience with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server) and APIs.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs).

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Exposure to ERP/CRM systems.
