Job Description
The role is for Developer who will provide Level 2 support for peripheral applications. The key responsibilities include performing Level 2 troubleshooting of application issues and engaging with vendors for Level 3 support. The developer is expected to translate functional specifications into technical specifications and interact with technical vendors and business users to deliver quality outcomes.
Skills Summary
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
8-10 years of working experience in related position. Hands-on working experience in DXC/CSC platforms for Life Insurance or Integral Group domains is mandatory. The ability to write programs using COBOL/COBOL SQL is a must. A good understanding of all life insurance modules, including New Business, Claims, and Policy Administration, is required. Must have strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of reported system issues. Experience in supporting night batch support is necessary.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
