Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in application development. Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, including design specifications, deployment procedures, and operational guides. Identify and address performance bottlenecks in applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with minimum of 3-5 years of related working experience. Proven experience as an Application Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python). Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django) and front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
