ABOUT THE COMPANY

Ficore Engineering Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing engineering contractor specializing in industrial pump systems, mechanical & electrical works, and engineering solutions. We are looking for a highly driven Sales Engineer who is hungry to close deals, lead projects, and grow revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively hunt and secure new engineering projects from industrial, commercial, and corporate clients Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with measurable targets Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and solution-based selling Prepare and close quotations, proposals, and tenders Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and decision-makers Prepare weekly sales performance, forecast, and project reports to management Support marketing and branding initiatives to strengthen market presence

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field 1-3 years experience in engineering sales, project sales, or industrial services Strong technical understanding of engineering systems, drawings, and specifications Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (AutoCAD is an advantage) Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia Must possess own transport and willing to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
