Job Description
Location : Bukit MertajamSalary : RM 3,000 - 3,500job descriptionJob Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving in engineering application.
- Conduct standard and customized product presentation.
- Address customer CBIs and show how the solution can benefit the customer.
- Conduct product benchmark to proof our solutions capabilities.
- Build strong relations with end users, technical/operation managers.
- Conduct after-sales CAD/CAM training to customers.
- Provide timely email, phone, remote access, on-site technical support.
- Keep abreast of software and hardware technology.
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering field.
- Experience in using SOLIDWORKS or other 3D CAD systems.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

- Require to travel within Penang.
