Job Title:Application Engineer - Data Center Infrastructure
Location:Balakong, Selangor

Working Hours
Monday - Friday:8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary Package
Base Salary:RM 5,000 - RM 8,000 (including allowances)
Allowances:
RM 700 (within Klang Valley)
RM 50 (Toll)
Petrol Card:Provided upon confirmation (Pay & claim before confirmation)

Experience & Qualification
Degreein Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
Minimum3 years of experienceindata center or electrical infrastructure design,pre-sales, ortechnical solution roles.
PreferChinese or Indian malecandidates fluent inMandarin(due to frequent site and client engagement).
Must haveown transportand bebased in Balakong.
Must beable to travel outstationfor client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
Must beable to join immediately.
Preferred Skills & Qualities
Strong technical knowledge inUPS systems, Busway, PDUs, Racks, Containment Systems, and Cable Management.
Proficiency inAutoCAD,Visio, or similar design tools.
Excellentcommunication,presentation, andanalytical skills.
Independent, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple projects.
Role Summary
TheApplication Engineersupports the sales and project teams by developing tailored technical solutions for customers. The role involves preparing technical proposals, ensuring system compatibility, and delivering effective solutions for data center infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and propose suitable Data Center infrastructure solutions.
Provide detailed technical support and product recommendations during the pre-sales process.
Preparetechnical documentation,system architecture diagrams,BOQs (Bills of Quantity), and proposals.
Customize technical solutions involvingUPS, PDU, Busway, Racks, Containment Systems, andCable Management.
Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure system integration and compatibility.
Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and technical workshops.
Stay updated onindustry trends,standards, andemerging technologiesrelated to Data Center infrastructure.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree inElectrical or Mechanical Engineering(or related field).
3+ yearsof relevant experience indata center infrastructure or electrical design.
Strong understanding ofpower systems, cooling concepts, containment, and cable management.
Skilled intechnical proposal preparation,solution customization, andcustomer engagement.
Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
