Responsibilities:Provide first and second level support in handling order routing enquiry, trading disruption, troubleshooting and respond within SLA.Liaising between IT programmers and other stakeholders when IT issues occur.Escalate promptly and decisively when problem faced is beyond containment.Monitoring of projects schedule and system integrity/stability;Maintain the daily application hotline;Liaise with external application vendors on maintenance supportPerform user acceptance testing for each system change;RequirementsAdvanced Diploma/Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field2-3 years application support, troubleshooting and testing experienceSoftware development experience in modern programming languages, such as C#, ASP.net or Classic ASP 3.0 and MS SQL server will be a competitive advantageExperience in financial services industry or Equity Trading will be a competitive advantageDetail oriented, self-motivated and disciplined, with ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight in a professional and timely mannerPossess strong analytical and critical thinking skillsAble to understand business logic after discussion or self-study
