Job Description

:

oProvide pre-sales and post-sales technical support on machining applications, tooling selection, and process parameters.

oCollaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

oConduct machine trials, cutting tests, time studies, and performance evaluations

oSupport installation, commissioning, and training of CNC machines and machining solutions at customer sites.

oAnalyze machining processes and suggest improvements for productivity, cycle time reduction, and quality enhancement.

oPrepare technical documentation including process sheets, tooling layouts, and project reports.

oMaintain up-to-date knowledge of machining trends, cutting tools, and industry technologies.

oProvide customer training and develop application manuals or standard operating procedures.

oAssist in R&D or pilot projects involving machining-related technologies.oWork closely with vendors and partners to source the right tooling and machining solutions.o

Experience required:

oBachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.

o2-3 years of experience in CNC machining, application engineering, or a similar role.

oFamiliarity with CAM software (Mastercam)

oStrong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

oStrong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.

oAbility to work independently and travel to customer sites when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
