Application Engineer (sap Bydesign)

Job Description
Provide engineering support to the Project team from validation phase to project implementation
Deliver enhancements and continuous improvements to SAP and other backend systems
Participate in SAP ByDesign implementation, data migration and user testing
- Provide technical expertise in SAP Business ByDesign covering system modules; Pre-sales, PM, SCM,
- Manage detailed configuration & testing of the system to meet functional business requirements
- Responsible for the testing and delivery of the system based on functional business requirements
- Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training
- Essential experience in the following SAP ByDesign areas:
- Scoping and Configuration
- End User training & manual documentation
- Blueprinting and business requirement gathering
- Data Migration
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering field
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in consultant or project implementation
- Experience in SAP ByDesign support in Logistics, CRM, Finance and PM
- Experience in SAP ByDesign data migration, interface development, testing, workshops and training activities for end users
- Experience in Warehouse Management
- Software (WMS) or ServiceMax would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate - Advanced level Excel skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good project planning skills
